A crafty baker made my son a very special Michey Mouse cake for his first bithday and it was truly delicious! Everyone was raving about how beautiful is was how exceptional it tasted! Thank you guys so much for a cake so memorablee! :)

The cupcakes were absolutely
beautiful (and delicious too, of course!!). I loved the design of the fondant
and the chocolate mice. They were a huge hit and the fondant actually tasted
delicious (Jen said you did a lot of research for that and it shows!).

The Lightening McQueen cake was by far the coolest cake my family and I had ever seen.  I mean, the car had sound effects people.  The cake was for my son’s 3rd birthday, however my husband may have enjoyed the cake more than my son.  Apart from the sound effects, the McQueen cake was spot on with realistic details, edible racing stickers, solid chocolate Goodyear tires and the shape/color of the car was perfect.  I did not want to cut into the cake, the only motivator was the delicious smell of the cake underneath the McQueen décor.

This Cake Rocked!   Big Asian crowd we had, they all guessed the flavor without knowing.  No-one ever heard of a “mango” cake.   The DJ loved eating it.  The Spot light was a major touch, as the DJ wasn’t prepared to give us one, and the “16” shadowed on the wall of the dance room as obvious as the dance lights.  All the kids thought we got it from the TV guy in Hoboken. 

The Photographer from Flushing, NY took down your website.  He will be using you I bet.  The photographer asked me how much I paid.  I told him “I underpaid them $$$$, his eyes lit up, and then I said “and that included delivery”.  His eyes lit up more.

Bruce  I realized that I have not spoken to you since the event. I got amazing feedback on the cupcakes. Really everyone loved them. Both on the look and the taste!! I had a very nice moment eating the chocolate with cannoli filing – both on Friday and then again on Saturday morning! J  You both have a real knack for this sort of stuff and I am really pleased that everything worked out well.

Hi Luz!  How was your vacation?  

The birthday party turned out great and the kids LOVED the cake!   Everyone at the party loved the cake – many requests for 2nds   The friend who helped couldn’t get over how much it weighed – the filling was delicious and so moist.  Many friends commented on that too how some cakes look good but don’t have the flavor but this cake had it all. 

We played musical chairs, Batman piñata and sack race in pillow cases.  Charlie liked the sack race the best.  We had 22 kids and 30+ adults that day – It took me 5 days to recover!

We were away on vacation last week so I did not get a chance to contact you.  I wanted to let you know how much the cake was appreciated at Vik’s party.  Vik was truly and much pleasantly surprised.  The guests took so many pictures of the cake and sent all around the world!

I just wanted to thank you for the great effort you put on the cake. It was really amazing!

My brother in law was also amazed by the amount of detail and perfection that it had. If you knew my brother in-law, you could appreciate what it means for him to be that amazed at a cake. Nothing really amazes him and he is one of those folks that it really hard to WOW...:-)

He was really happy with the cake and couldn't stop praising it.
